Judy Smith – Escrow Officer/Manager
With 36 years of experience in the Escrow Industry, Judy came to Platinum Key Escrow for “a wonderful opportunity and support system to build a successful and productive company.” Judy is described as hardworking, enthusiastic, and professional. She believes that “there are no excuses, just solutions.” Judy’s top priority in closing a successful escrow is doing what it takes to get the job done right and make her clients happy. Judy believes in staying up-to-date in her industry by being a member of the California Escrow Association (CEA), the American Escrow Association (AEA), Orange County Escrow Association (OCEA), and is a Notary Public. Judy has lived in Orange County for the past 53 years and enjoys spending time with her family, friends and traveling.
Julie Martin – Jr. Escrow Officer
As a Jr. Escrow Officer, Julie has over 25 years of experience in Real Estate including Property Management, Residential Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Broker and now Escrow. Her philosophy has always been that the core strength of any business is to create lifelong customers and referrals by making sure that the client comes first and by giving people an exceptionally great and hassle-free experience. Julie's 25+ years of Real Estate experience and continuing education makes her the guru in Real Estate contracts and regulation compliance. Her transition to Escrow from Sales has been a benefit to both Julie's knowledgebase and that of the Escrow team she works with. Outside of work Julie loves spending time with her two teenage kids. They have a passion for snowboarding and plan many winter getaways in the mountains with their family and friends.
Erica Siems – Escrow Assistant
With almost 2 years’ experience as an escrow assistant, Erica is well on her way to becoming a junior escrow officer. The best part of working at Platinum Key Escrow for her is the joy she gets from helping others find their forever home. Oh- she also gets to work with her mom, Judy! When she’s not at the office, you can find Erica spending time with her husband and dachshund, Dottie!
